Belinda founded OGC after coming to the conclusion that the in-house legal support services offered by other Legal Support suppliers in the UK market failed to deliver what businesses need, innovative legal consultancy support by commercially minded lawyers who
want to add real value to the clients they work for.
Prior to founding OGC Belinda worked in and headed legal departments in numerous companies in the UK, EU and Mauritius.
Belinda combines specialist knowledge of commercial law with substantial practical experience of concluding commercial transactions in the UK and across EMEA and AMER, either in English or French.
She has extensive experience of advising on general commercial, intellectual property, IT, software, telematics, employment, insurance and corporate matters working in the software,
facilities management, rail Infrastructure, gaming. online betting, telematics, and hotel and hospitality industries.
She has held iNED positions in numerous charities.
Belinda is a dual qualified Barrister, qualifying in England and Wales in 2002 and Mauritius in 2004.
